Welcome to Life Active Medical Group. We are a group of professional, multi-disciplinary healthcare practitioners focused and committed to serving the community. We accept Enhanced Primary Care Plans (EPC), NDIS, Aged Care Packages, private health fund and private billing patients whether at home or in an aged care facility, retirement village, group home, gym or in one of our clinics.
